Miami Dolphins Open Practice

Last night 8/1/11 the Miami Dolphins held a free open practice at Sun Life Stadium. Over 10,000 fans showed up to the practice to show their support. However, the support soon turned to boos most aimed at QB Chad Henne. With every mistake he made the boos got louder and louder and in an ugly turn of events the fans began chanting, "We Want Orton". Although I personally do not support the booing, because wether we like it or not Chad Henne is going to be the Dolphins QB this year, I really hope that it got the front offices attention and made them realize that unless Henne turns it around everything is on them. Overall it was a very poor practice for the offense but part of that can be contributed Mami's outstanding defense which is a lock to be a top 10 defense once again this year. Just remember it is still early and many players are still "dusting out the cobwebs" and this can only improve in the coming weeks.
